Policies
Our policies are to ensur e that you are taken care of in a finely and
professional manner. At Vanity, our commitment is to treat every client with
respect and make their visit a pleasure.
Cancellations
A 24 hour notice is requiewd for all cancellations. Cancellations made in 24 hours or less are subject to a fee of 50% of the service booked. "NoO SHOW" will be charges full rate f service.
Appointments
If there's a "NO SHOW" for your previous appointment, you will be required
to reserve your next appointment with a credit card deposit of the full service. A
lost appointment is a loss to everyone, to be considerate and fair to other clients
and our staff, we refuse to render service to those who do not show and do not
call for 2 consecutive appointments.
Personal Property
Please do not bring valuables with you, but if you must, keep them with
you at all times. Vanity is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Returns
We do not offer cash refunds on products, services or gift certificates. All
returned items must contain at least 90% of its content and be returned wihtin
7 days of date of purchase. All sales are final for special order items such
as prescription stockings, non-inventory products, etc.
Payments
Visa, Mastercard, American WExpress, cash and personal / business checks
are accepted. A service fee of $25 will apply to any returned checks and will
be sent to collection if ignored. Gift certificates or vouchers must be claimed by
expiration date or will be charged for current pricing.

All prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.
Note
No pets allowed. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. All
treatment series are non-refundable and non-transferable.
